When to upgrade your plan (and when not to)
23 January 2026 · 3 min read
Plans should scale with your team, not your fear
If every feature is already included, the only reason to move up is more staff accounts. Upgrade when you're hiring, not when you're hoping.
Count the accounts you actually need
Each branch typically needs a handful of logins. Add branches faster than you add staff and the limit, not the features, is what pinches.
Don't pay for headroom you won't use
A plan sized for a chain you don't have yet is money that could be marketing. Right-size for this quarter, upgrade next.
Upgrading keeps your data
Moving plans carries your branches, rules, customers and history over untouched — so there's no penalty for growing into the next tier when you're ready.
