Short on purpose

Every extra question costs you completions. A customer standing at a counter is giving you a few seconds of goodwill, and a long form burns through it fast.

So FU-YA asks for a rating, a comment, and their details — and lets them go. You can add fields if your business genuinely needs them, but the default is short because short is what actually gets submitted.

  • A 1–10 rating in a single tap
  • A comment in their own words, if they want to leave one
  • Tags for fast categorisation
  • Photos, if they want to show you something
  • Name, phone and email — with consent

You hear the truth, not the polite version

When a staff member asks 'was everything alright?', the answer is always yes. Nobody wants to criticise a person to their face while holding a bill.

A tablet gets the honest answer. There is no social pressure, no eye contact, no awkwardness. This is why tablet feedback consistently surfaces problems your team swears do not exist.

The thank-you email is instant

The second they hit submit, they get an email. Not tomorrow, not in a batch — immediately.

It thanks them for visiting, includes your business details, and gives them a copy of the feedback they just left. For most businesses this is the first time a walk-in customer has ever received anything from them at all.

And then it resets

The tablet clears and returns to the start screen, ready for the next person. Nothing to press, nothing for your staff to reset, no queue building up behind a stuck screen.

Questions

Frequently asked

How long does it take a customer to give feedback?

Seconds. The form is deliberately short — a rating, an optional comment, and their details.

Will customers actually be honest?

Generally more honest than they are to your face. A tablet removes the social pressure of criticising a staff member in person, which is why it surfaces issues your team may not hear.

What does the customer get back?

An instant thank-you email containing your business details and a copy of the feedback they submitted.
