FU-YA is a web application. That sounds like a technical detail, but it is the reason setup takes minutes instead of weeks.

There is no app to submit to a store, no hardware to order, no installer to run, and no engineer to call. You open a browser on a tablet you probably already own, log in, and you are collecting feedback.
